Asha Mahila Sangam under Collective Individual Generation Program (CIGP) Bakery Business started in Pragnapur, Siddipet district, engaged five participants: Kajabee, Irfana Sadiya, Nusrat Begum, Faimooda Begum, and Parveen Begum. With a grant of Rs. 200,000 from The Hyderabad Archdiocese Social Service Society, overseen by Executive Director Rev. Fr. Madanu Anthony, the initiative aims to uplift the community economically. By providing training, resources, and support, it enables these women to establish sustainable bakery businesses. This case study illustrates how targeted programs can empower individuals, particularly women, to become self-reliant contributors to their local economy, fostering inclusive development.
